Is FORSAKEN WORLD a good mmorpg ?

i have been into mmorpgs for years now. and played wow for a long time but now i simply cannot afford it. i have stopped playing wow for 6 months now but would like to get into a new free to play mmorpg. i have heard it is a very good free to play mmorpg and i have seen many reviews. please could you give me some information on forsaken wow. maybe the popularity of the game and features of the game. please could you give your recommendation and if not other suggestions of other great free to play mmorpgs similar to world of Warcraft out there ? thank you !!! :)
