Bubbly feeling in lower abdomen am i pregnant?

Last Wednesday I got very drunk and me and this boy were as you'd say 'fooling around'. I left the room for a few minutes and when I came back I put my hand down near his penis and it was all wet so i went and washed my hands but when i came back he fingered me....does this mean i could possibly be pregnant? For the past 2 days I have been feeling a small bit bloated and my lower abdomen is making weird bubble like noise/feeling..what could this be? I also haven't been eating properly either.
