Could this all mean pregnancy?

you are just fine. you arent pregnant. that isnt a symptom and it would be entirely way too early to tell even if there was a possibility you were pregnant, which there isnt. the discharge could mean anything. if you went to bed and you were still "wet" it could have just coagulated and came out this morning. nothing to worry about!
