Haven't wet the bed in years, now have done it 3 times this month?

I hadn't wet the bed in years and years and now all of a sudden I can't control it. It has happened 3 times this month. Granted i had a bunch of water before bed but I've been doing that for years, and I especially made sure I pissed before I went to bed tonight and this still happened....please help me
