Is it ok that my cat Is damp when she cam out from the bath? ?

It won't hurt her - just make sure she isn't able to catch a chill (no air conditioner/open windows/drafts) and isn't getting too cold. It may, however, especially if she's a long hair cat, cause her fur to develop a bit of a wave.
