Am i breeding crickets correctly?

I bought a container, put paper towel rolls in it, wet cotton balls, some lettuce, and a small bowl about an inch maybe inch and a half filled with damp soil. I bought 50 crickets and poured them in there...fed 2 to my bearded dragon.I put them in my garage. Theirs holes drilled in the top. reallllly tiny. I have 10 gallon tank that ill move the soil into in about 2 or 3 days. I will also add wett cotton balls, lettuce, and some towel rolls. I will spread an old t shirt over the top and securly tape it tightly so they cannot escape. I will place these outside on my porch in the sun. With any luck theyll hatch in about a week right?
