Why does my lvl 65 rogue only have about 6k of health?(wow btw, if it isnt painful obvious)?

I'm a forsaken, sub rogue, i currently have the warlord's vestments set equiped and yet my health is only 6329, this feels low as ive seen hunters with almost 7k and mages with 8, is this normal? And how would i go about raising it?
