I Got My Hair Dyed Now It Feels Horrible? PLEASE HELP!?

ugh i hate that feeling this happened to me a few months ago. :p it sucksssss specially the ends look all ugly and the ends are all hard to brush. but yeahh at walmart or sallys you could find placenta henna treatments and stuff . and take a break from dying and flat ironing your hair and let it grow out and keep getting trims little by little and it'll get back to normal in a while
